PetSafe Simply Clean Continuous-Clean Litter Box

Needs customizing and routine care, but a fantastic litter box
I have had the Petsafe Simply Clean litter box for over a year. I purchased this product from the vendor vice Amazon.

How this is a game changer:
-Bottom line up front - I can't see myself with any other litter box. This is a great addition to our household. It does the job, and does it great!

-I use plastic grocery bags when I go grocery shopping, and save them for the container that deposits are dropped into. This is cheaper and easier than purchasing proprietary bags or containers sold by many other manufactures of automatic litter boxes.

-Because cleaning takes place on a regular basis (four times a day, for one hour - according to my timer presets), the litter contamination by deposits over a period of a month is significantly less than regular litter boxes. I find myself doing complete change-outs of the litter on a 45-60 day basis. I replenish on a weekly basis with just a little bit of litter and some...
Not Perfect But works Great Overall! No Stinky Smell! Yeah..
We have had this box for a week now and even though I normally have 5 cat boxes for our 4 indoor cats I decided to just use this one to see how it would hold up with 4 cats using it. It is pretty darn good! Our cats range in weight from 22lbs down to 12 lbs and though it says for cats to 12lbs our 22 lb cat has had no problem using it at all! I was kind of worried about buying this because of the weight limit thing and also because I have read some reviews of people saying it was loud and litter gets all over...I do not know what they are talking about because YOU CANNOT EVEN HEAR THIS THING RUN unless you put your head right down next to it about 3 inches away! I don't know about you but I generally do not do that with a cat box! Yuck! Also we do not have any problems with litter getting all over either. I went ahead and used some cheap scooping litter (on purpose- mind you) and with using this cheap litter it keeps it pretty clean- there are no big chunks left behind, nothing stuck...
Works well overall
At first, my two cats didn't want to have anything to do with this litterbox. I eventually had to remove their other box so they would use this one. While it was plugged in, the cats would only walk up and watch it. It was also noisier than expected. To get them to use it, I had to unplug it and only run it for about 20 min when I noticed it was dirty. I decided to go and get a timer for it ($5 at Wal-Mart). I plugged it in and have it set to clean for one hour every 8 hours, and it seems to be working. I would like to see the company offer a version with a timer built in. It would also be nice if it came with a lid. My regular sized adult cat throws litter out everytime he uses it. I had to get a mat to place under it. Other than that, it does work. It has yet to get clogged up. I owned a LitterMaid a few years ago, and it was such a huge hassle, I gave up and went back to a regular box. I also like that you don't have to buy special expensive containers for the waste...

Nature's Miracle Just for Cats Corn Cob Cat Litter, 18-Pound

Truly a miracle!
I had nearly given up hope of finding an eco-friendly cat litter that actually worked, until I tried Nature's Miracle. After a few weeks of using this litter with my two indoor cats, I am definitely sold. I've listed some pros and cons to explain why I really like this cat litter:

PROS:
- Controls ammonia and solids odor well. It may not be comparable to the perfumed, clay litters on the market, but it certainly outperforms all other natural litters and with daily scooping I don't really notice the cat box smell.
- Clumping. This makes cleaning the litter box much easier and, unlike some other eco-friendly litters, this litter does not stick to the litter box.
- Price. It's maybe not the cheapest litter on the market, but if you care about the environment and the health of your family and pets, this is definitely a good option. It probably doesn't last me quite as long as the package claims, but one bag still lasts a good amount of time.
- Eco-friendly...
Fantastic litter. You won't know that a cat uses your bathroom.
I am a first time cat owner in a relatively small apartment with one bathroom.

Kitty was adopted from a family who used cheap clay cat litter in her box. I could not use this as it made me sneeze and feel sick in the back of my throat.

The cat absolutely hated a highly rated deodorized 'flushable' cat litter. In addition, the expensive stuff didn't stay clumped, and so the stuff broke up in the litter box, which got nasty and stayed that way. Kitty made every possible effort to avoid touching the litter and would first perch precariously on the box edge, then frantically wipe her paws on the side of the box, after the most perfunctory effort to cover up. So I got a box of NATURE'S MIRACLE next. It's made of corncobs. I have a moral objection to using cat litter made from corn or wheat, since I feel it is a sin to have animals use food as a toilet. Corncobs are all right, though; and it was claimed that the ground bits in this product were far more absorbent than...
Best litter for our needs
We have two very large cats that love drinking water and use the litter box very often. Throughout the past decade we've tried dozens of different kinds of cat litter, from non clumping to clumping clay, to wheat litter, etc. This cat litter is by far the best and our cats immediately started using it without objection. It has very good clumping ability, I'd give it an 8/10 (The clumps will break if you accidentally stab the scooper in the middle of a clump and I don't think it would be a good choice for people with automatic litter boxes.) The great thing about the clumps is that they do not stick to the sides or the bottom of the box, hooray! And unlike the wheat cat litter, the clumps don't get "doughy" and stick to the scooper. Also, the litter is very light, which makes carrying the bags and even scooping the litter very easy. The pine smell, like another reviewer noted, smells like pinsol, which I found I actually like. And there is absolutely no ammonia urine smell. I scoop the...

Good Pet Stuff Hidden Litter Litter Box

was hesitant to buy- SO GLAD I DID!
I never buy anything online without a lot of thought and research. I was in between buying this, or buying one of those furniture cabinets with boxes inside. I decided on this because it was a lot less expensive and takes up less room. I've been looking at this for awhile and read a lot of reviews about it, both good and bad.
Here's my feedback:

GOOD:
- my BIG cats (15lbs) fit in it great! It is so much easier for them than the "jumbo" sized box we used before.
- suprizingly looks good (I was expecting it to look cheap because the material is cheap, but it's not bad!)
- super easy to keep clean. (wide openning lets me scoop easily, dumping litter out and then soap/water is a quick clean overall
- affordable!!!!
- works anywhere (doesn't take up much space, can angle openning in any direction so you can change your mind where to put it, unlike the furniture boxes)
- NO ODOR: I've had it for a few weeks and it's been great...
Great product!
This litter box not only looks great but works really well - we have our litter box in the living room area and you can't even tell it's a litter box, let alone smell it! It's big enough for our cat as well (18 pounder) and easy to clean.
my cats love it
I bought one and then another a few months later. They are easy to assemble and clean. The "pot" finish is authentic looking but the plant and wiry moss are not at all lifelike and tedious to arrange the first time. But my cats (2)(ages 8 and 9) love them, especially the privacy. I have them on small washable area rugs, one on each floor. I had previously bought one of the covered litter boxes you tilt to clean, but it was ugly and did not work well for me as it was smallish and I like to give my cats a deeper bed of clumping litter than was practical for that model.
