Exactly what I wanted
Came on time and was exactly what I wanted. They only thing I don't like is that it is not easy to pour out of and it makes a mess.

Seachem Discus Buffer 250gram

Excellent Product, Fast Delivery
This Buffer works great to lower the pH and keep it down without rebound. It also softened up my water in conjunction with Neutral Regulator keeping all my Amazons happy
Good product.
Great for lowering pH for breeding discus. Like all Seachem products, it's quality is unsurpassed. Take your time and use slowly so you don't shock your fish.
Seachem Fan
Discus Buffer is the best way I've found to soften my tap water quickly and affordably. Add some Neutral Regulator for any pH issues and Prime for your fish and the tap water is instantly ready for my fish/planted tanks. I know there are tons of ways to balance your water, but let's be honest, who has time or $$ for most of them? Not me. This is the fastest, easiest way I've been able to turn my tap water fish friendly. My parameters here are hard water that is high pH due to the use of chloramine.

ParaGuard, 2 L / 67.6 fl. oz.

paraguard. the best all round medication for aquarium use
I use paraguard because it treats a range of aquarium diseases and i find it safe to use even with delicate fish.I would therefore recommend it to anyone in the hobby.
Bottle was open, sidewalk is still stained!
Was just thrown in a box. Bottle was smashed and the lid was partially off. I really needed to treat my fish and didn't have time to drive anywhere to get something, so I got one treatment for $50!

Jungle TT101W Jungle Lifeguard, 12-Tablets, 12 tabs

Works Wonders - Great Product
I bought this product as a last minute hope of saving my Pearl Gourami. The Pearl was extremely ill. It began with rocking back and forth (front to back, not side to side). Then eyes clouded, lesions formed and erratic darting around the tank began. The Pearl then was barely breathing, lying on it's side on the bottom of the tank. I dropped the treatment in anyway, even though she appeared to be a goner. I had picked it up from Walmart and was a little skeptical, but it was worth a try. In the morning she was upright, and actually ate a little. By day 3 of treatment, she was back to 90% and by day 5 of treatment (final day), you would never know she had even been ill. This product works better than any I've used.

But a word of caution: The main ingredient is essentially a broad disinfectant and will likely wipe out your good bacteria, destroying your bio-filtration. So keep an eye on ammonia levels. I also recommend - if you have multiple tanks - taking a handful of gravel...
Much better than expected!
I haven't kept Betta's in almost 2 decades. So when my girlfriend's male went from a boisterous, ghost shrimp chasing, pellet gobbling machine to a worn out blue lump on the bottom of the aquarium...I didn't know what to do. He didn't show any signs of trauma or disease...he simply seemed to have lost the will to swim...or eat...or live. My first thought was constipation, but he wouldn't eat peas and I'm not sold on the Epsom Salt treatment, so we moved him to a smaller 5g quarantine aquarium. He didn't show any signs of improvement and I feared we may be running out of time to save him...but what do we treat him for? Fungus? Virus? Parasites? Bacteria?

I get off work at 6am...the only people selling fish meds at that hour are the Walton's. They had Melafix (same thing as Bettafix, just use 1/5 of the recommended dose), but that's really only good for fin rot, and some fungi. I didn't want to treat the wrong thing. Then I saw Lifeguard on the self...a broad-spectrum,...
Works great for a cloudy tank.
I don't know exactly what was in my fish thank that was making the water cloudy ... But, whatever it was these tabs cleared the water after the first day. I have a 15 gallon tank so I use three tabs per day.

I used them before from wal-mart but only had enough to treat for two days. I had also left the carbon filter in. It cleared the water up for about a week, but because I didn't follow the directions and didn't treat for 5 days, I think is why the water became cloudy again ...

I have three more days to treat the tank. I followed the directions this time. If the water does get cloudy again after following the directions with this treatment, I'll post an update. If it stays clear, you'll know it worked for me!
